First Notification of Loss (commonly referred to as FNOL)
With a unique claims handling background, at Opus we believe FNOL is one of the most important processes of the whole claims cycle. Our bespoke claims management system built entirely in-house, assists our team ask the right questions at the right time.
Uninsured Loss Recovery
ULR is something we have provided since 1991. We assign dedicated claims handlers to every customer, who learn about you, your business and your processes to ensure that any costs or expenses you may have incurred as a result of a non-fault or partial-fault incident are recovered.
Immobile Property & Street Furniture
At Opus, we do not just recover costs for motor vehicles, we also provide a similar service for damage to property. For over 25 years, we have been supporting our customers by recovering costs relating to repaired or replaced property. Examples include traffic signs, bus shelters, telephone masts, barriers, lighting, fencing, seating and so much more!
Third Party Intervention and Claims Handling
For over 20 years, we have conducted claims handling services for self-insured fleets, ensuring third party costs are controlled and mitigated. Our pro-active approach always puts you in the best possible position, if incidents are reported as soon as reasonably possible.
